When you have off-site checkout via PayPal, it is important to give your customers the peace of mind that they are still purchasing from the site they just came from. PayPal’s “Customize Your Payment Page” setting makes it easy customize the appearance of the checkout page with your own brand’s logo and color scheme. I made a PMPro template in my PayPal account, clicked preview, and saw a completely different page from what I see when testing directly from my site. I’m thinking that PayPal is going through some updates at this time, so check your account updates and the to see when the new new enhanced checkout is 100% live.
